Overview

The ESD 113 Early Learning Program has policies and procedures tailored to our unique educational environment. Our policies cover everything from health and nutrition to risk management, and they help guide our decision-making and protect our students, staff, and families. We help multilingual staff and families access key content on administration, personnel, and center operations.

Our policies are reviewed and approved by the Policy Council. The Policy Council includes current and past parents and guardians of children in our program, as well as community representatives who work in programs that serve low-income families with young children.

ESD 113 Policies and Procedures

The ESD 113 Early Learning Program is a program of ESD 113. The ESD is governed by an elected Board of Directors who set ESD 113 policies and procedures.

Like our Policy Council, they shape the strategic direction of the ESD and work with the superintendent to create effective programs that meet community needs. Each member actively oversees ESD finances, ensures strong accountability, and pushes for excellence in everything the ESD does.
